We’re back in Maidstone today walking the main shopping streets but first we’ll start at HMP Maidstone before passing Kent County Hall and then onto King Street, where most of the main shops are.

We’re back in London for another dose of Canal Loops, this time taking the ‘short’ loop from Limehouse, up the Limehouse Cut, onto the River Lea/Lee Navigations and then back along the Hertford Union Canal to the Regent’s Canal.

Today we’re taking a stroll down Maidstone High Street in Kent which strangely enough is not the main shopping street of the town.

For today’s video we’re off to Maidstone, the County Town of Kent, where I was born and spent my formative years, to have an explore and see what’s changed.

Today I’m going to walk across the former Wisley Airfield and through the RHS Wisley Gardens without asking permission or buying a ticket first.
