Join me for an early spring walk along a section of the North Downs Way starting at Box Hill Village, passing by the Box Hill Viewpoint before descending the hill down to The Stepping Stones across the River Mole at Dorking. This was filmed a few weeks after the UK was hit by storms Dudley, Eunice and Franklin in February 2022 so you’ll see an amount of storm damage and downed trees along the way. The previous night also saw quite an amount of rain so it’s a little wet underfoot making the hill decent interesting. On the way we get some lovely views across the Mole Valley to Betchworth, Brockham and Dorking and the beautiful sights and sounds of the British Countryside lovingly looked after by the National Trust.
